2021 Sabbatical Festival of the arts

Future Date: Sunday April 3, 2022


SHOW HOURS: 10am-4pm.

SHOW LOCATION: SENTRYWORLD ATRIUM AND FIELDHOUSE ADDRESS: 601 N. Michigan Avenue Stevens Point, WI 54481 

UNLOADING AREA: SIDE ENTRANCES. LEFT SIDE OF THE BUILDING.

Saturday Set-up

  • BOOTH DIMENSIONS: ALL 10'X10' with a 3' storage space behind each booth. Please keep tidy. Additional storage available near the artist lounge if needed.
  • LOAD-IN: Northwest side of the building with drive up access to multiple side doors and one overhead door. Vehicles are NOT allowed to drive into the venue. Carts will not be provided.
  • PARKING: All parking is free at SentryWorld. Please respect patron and guest parking the day of the event and all artists and volunteers should park farthest away from the entrance into SentryWorld.
  • SATURDAY ARTIST CHECK-IN: Atrium of SentryWorld at the information table in the atrium. 
  • BOOTH SITTERS: Please sign up for a booth sitter if needed. Artists will also be given ribbon to display in booth if artists need a break.
  • SECURITY: Security will lock building doors Saturday night. FoA Council and SentryWorld are not responsible for lost or stolen property. 


SUNDAY LOAD-IN STARTS AT 6:30AM.

COFFEE AND LIGHT BREAKFAST AVAILABLE AT 7:30AM.

No Carry-in Policy at SentryWorld: Artists and guests are NOT allowed to bring in food or drinks into the venue. A continental breakfast will be provided to artists and their assistants at no cost during Sunday morning set-up. A lunch coupon will be given to exhibiting artists for the concession stand located in atrium next to the fieldhouse. Lunch and snacks can be purchased at affordable prices at the concession stand for artists’ assistants and guests. PJ’S restaurant is also available across the hall at the cost of artist. Lunch delivery is available if requested on artist contract.  


SUNDAY ARTIST CHECK-IN: In the Atrium of SentryWorld. Please sign up for a booth sitter if needed.

PARKING: All parking is free.  

A $5 lunch coupon will be given to exhibiting artists for the concession stand. Vegetarian and vegan options available.

ARTIST STORAGE: Additional storage for artists.
LIGHTING: Additional $40 charge if electricity is required. Artists must sign up for electricity on artist contract. 

ART RAFFLE:  If you are participating in the Art Raffle, Please take your piece if you would like to donate to the art raffle table by 9am in the Atrium.   Your donation is greatly appreciated in helping fund awards for local fine art students and educators. .
SALES TAX IS 5.5%. We are in Portage County. Artists are responsible for collection and reporting sales tax.
